Collection of personal data legitimately and legally  

Our website Jardinchic.com offers an e-commerce service dedicated to the sale of outdoor furniture and accessories.

When opening your account on our merchant website, we legitimately collect the following information in order to provide our service:

-Name

-First name

-Address

-Postal code

-City

-Country

-Phone number: for delivery and order tracking

-Email address: for identification and connection to the account and the tracking of orders and deliveries

-Password: at your convenience to login to your account  

These data are retained until you decide to send a request of closure of your customer account.

However, it is important to note that the order information is kept for a period of 2 to 10 years depending on the amount of the invoice and / or associated warranties (Articles L-213-1, L-218-2 of the Code de la Consumption and L-110-4 of the Commercial Code) even if the customer account is deleted.
